Silver Lining Care Management is currently in search of an Onboarding and recertifications trainer for CPR/First Aid, NCI+ Restrictive Interventions Alternatives, and Medication Administration. Direct Support Contractor
As a Direct Support Contractor, you are on the frontline providing care to those we serve!

Human Resources Lead
As the HR Lead, you are responsible for making sure that all agency staff are onboarded efficiently, trainings are completed, and payroll is sent out.

Qualified professional
As a Qualified Professional, you are helping to manage service delivery to families and supervising Direct Contractors while in the field.

Compliance Lead
As the Compliance Lead, you are responsible for making sure that staff of all levels are maintaining compliance to the agency policies as well as assisting the Clinical Director in maintaining Medicaid compliance as well.

Clinical Director
As the Clinical Director, you are helping to manage all aspects of Clinical Operations and Medicaid requirements. Including: Training, Supervising, Reporting, and Contract Negotiation.

Information Technology Lead
As the Information Technology Lead, you are responsible for making sure that all electronic systems are functioning as they should and any repairs needed are done as soon as possible.
