About Us
Silver Lining Care Management was founded in 2023 by Joseph Vanderpool and Sara Gulick. With a combined 40 years of service in the I/DD Human Services industry between them, Joseph and Sara bring passion and a heart for others to your care management experience. After working for several provider care agencies, Joseph and Sara determined that taking care of those they serve -- families and staff alike -- improves each client’s quality of care and life. This is why Silver Lining Care Management is committed to delivering quality Innovations and I/DD services with a client-centered approach that ensures clients receive personalized care that meets their unique needs.
At Silver Lining Care Management, we believe everyone has the right to live as independently as possible and we aim to provide beneficial services that allow our clients that freedom. We want to make the world a better place by giving families and staff the support they need to live their best lives. Time and again, Joseph and Sara have seen other providers fail to listen and provide the best services possible, so Silver Lining Care Management strives to fix these issues with personal care and services tailored to fit each client.
